I took my recently 3 year old autistic son for his first hair cut. I booked online with Jessica. The shop was neat, clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted with smiles and only waited a few minutes even though we were 8 minutes late. Jessica was warm and accommodating. She demonstrated care and patience, knowing toddlers can be tricky. We didn’t feel rushed, or an inconvenience to her. She truly cares and it showed. I’ll be booking her for every haircut in our household until she moves out of town. Thank you Jessica.

I had an excellent experience with Shannon at Tommy Gun’s. She was professional, precise, and did an outstanding job on my beard. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how she made sure the trim and shape were exactly what I wanted. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It was my first time at this location and previously I hadnt had the best experience at other locations. When I arrived I was quickly assigned a barber and she made sure the entire time I was comfortable and that I was enjoying the cut she was doing and that I was receiving what I came in for. I will definitely be returning to manning town center because of Jenelyn and would recommend anyone to go see her for a quick and clean cut

This place would have deserved a five star as the barbers do a good job. The greatest downside of their services is keeping to appointment time. When you give an estimated wait time on the website and someone decides to go for that time, then you also call to confirm a time, it means that the customer would plan their schedule around that time. When a customer comes around before their appointment time and having to wait so so long beyond your appointment time is very unprofessional. I would suggest that when appointment are made, that is given priority. If you have to confirm via calls with someone that has appointment if they will be making it before giving that slot to walk in customer would add a great deal of confidence to your service. I hope that there would be an improvement in the future in this regard

The professionalism and expertise of these ladies aid by far the best in class across the Tommy Gunn franchise I’ve ever experienced. From the management to a friendly reception right when you walk in a warm greeting and an awesome experience all around These ladies know there stuff they are knowledgeable professional and well educated! The scalp massage and eyebrow trim are always a nice touch ☺️ To be honest the st.albert location was sooo horrific and unprofessional it almost ruined my patronage to Tommy Gunn but the ladies at the manning location especially management and all the staff 100 percent saved it without even knowing it These girls deserve high praise and acknowledgement across the board from all avenues and sources as they truly are best in class and I’ve been everywhere from fort mac to Saskatoon, red deer, calgary, and Edmonton The Manning’s location steps it up keeps it friendly professional and warm / welcoming I highly recommend a visit if you never have they even took care of my ten yr old and he loves it there
